Ordering

It is in my interest to secure my professional integrity by providing you with an excellent service.

Please note that the time before Christmas is very busy, and that I am usually away from the studio January-February.

How do you order?
1. You can contact me via email to discuss your order.  svarcsilze@gmail.com
2. You can order directly from the website.

How safe is your money?
Website orders are paid via the global company Stripe. The Vasara Jewellery website is managed by Squarespace. By using reputable companies I am doing all I can to protect both you and me.

Email orders are paid by mutual agreement, usually via direct bank transfer.

How do you get your order?
Posted orders are sent via Australia Post registered mail. Other arrangements can be made by contacting me.

What else is included?
Items arrive either in a handmade pouch or in a gift box. They are ready to enjoy, or to present as a gift. Pieces are stamped to denote the precious metal used. Most pieces are also stamped with my maker's mark: IŠ. The design of some delicate items may preclude the maker's mark.

Moat of my jewellery is accompanied by a text explaining the meaning or inspiration behind the design.

How long will it take to receive your order?
Vasara Jewellery items are handmade and lots are made to order. Please reckon with at least 2 weeks making time as well as postage time. Note that orders are made in sequence and that there may be orders ahead of yours. Please place orders early during busy times like Christmas, Easter and Mother's day.

International shipping waiver
Shipments to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the parcel reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; I do not control these and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.  Charges to have parcels released in the UK may be as much as £21 or more.
